Robert Bailey

Bob Bailey is a senior finance executive with more than three decades of leadership across the aerospace and defense industry. He served as Controller for United Technologies Corporation (UTC), a Fortune 50 company with over $76 billion in annual revenue, where he played a central role in the corporation’s historic transformation into Raytheon Technologies.

During his tenure, Bob oversaw finance and controllership functions supporting the $30 billion acquisition and integration of Rockwell Collins, as well as the simultaneous public company spin-offs of Carrier and Otis. He also led teams managing complex SEC filings, shared services, and audit committee reporting.

Previously, Bob held CFO roles for Pratt & Whitney and Hamilton Sundstrand (now Collins Aerospace), directing global finance organizations through multi-billion-dollar programs, including Pratt’s Geared Turbo Fan engine platform. A CPA and graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Bob has built and led finance teams of more than 600 professionals, emphasizing talent development, operational excellence, and disciplined growth.
